甜食

  讀到一段話:
Simple sugars from carbohydrates are the most versatile energy source, so they're preferentially used by our organs, especially the finicky brain, which refuses to tolerate any other source.
哎呀,真好,總算找到每次一開始唸書就很想吃甜食的原因〈藉口?〉了,然後我還高興地擅自引申成:為了充分發揮腦力,唸書的時候不搭配甜點不行哦~

  話說,最近發現一個非常簡單的食譜──外郎糕 ういろう,只要水、糖、麵粉和抹茶粉攪拌均勻,濾進模子裡微波幾分鐘就可以了,自己吃的時候懶得追求外表美觀,打蛋器攪拌盆篩子模子烘焙紙通通不用,省得事後洗碗麻煩,只要把材料全部扔到可微波的保鮮盒,用力搖個幾下,差不多均勻就可以進微波爐了,方便又好吃。
